Cancellation Penalty * Bookings confirmed during new year and christmas period will neither be cancelled nor modified.No payment will be refundable during this period. 30 days prior to check in 10% of invoice 100% of invoice in case of No Show * If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge. * If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges. * If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.
